Seed Welcomes a New Chapter
An organization’s ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly, is the ultimate competitive advantage – Jack Welch (Former CEO of General Electric)
During my dealings with the Hereford Group over the past 14 years, I always knew it was a special business. Just how special, I am only beginning to understand. It is fair to say that it is probably the only financial services business I have ever come across where brokers and agents work together, sometimes seamlessly, but almost always in a constructive way. What a refreshing, unique and competitive advantageous culture!
Hampshire Independent Advisors as brokerage is a powerhouse as it stands, with all the ingredients to become a dominant force within the financial services sector. I count myself both blessed and fortunate to be a part of this very dynamic business and its wonderful people. Our future shines bright and my ambition and hope is to add value while playing a small part in the future success of all your individual businesses.
My studies in the financial and economic field eventually led me to qualify as a CFA Charterholder in 2004. I am hoping to bring my studied expertise, together with my 24 years of business experience across treasury, venture capitalism, commodity trading, economics, investments and financial services distribution to help build Hereford, Hampshire and your individual businesses.
I represent Seed Investments and Seed Analytics in the hope of embarking on an investment value offering journey with each one of you for the rest of 2019. My focus is to help you and walk beside you, empowering you to build a strong, annuity producing investment business. May this exciting journey continue into 2020 and beyond.
As a great lover of the bushveld, I always look at the animals with deep admiration whenever I drive through a nature reserve. Each one of them is a superhero in his or her own right. The animals you see grazing around have survived predators, illness, injury, extreme weather and still, prevail against all the odds stacked up against them by Mother Nature. It is with a similar sense of admiration that I look at Financial Advisors in the current financial landscape, particularly those running successful businesses. You have weathered the FSCA terrain, over regulation, poor economy, volatile markets, sometimes disastrous politics and troublesome clients. You are still on the journey with your clients, every day, to plan for the unforeseen and build pave their path to financial freedom.
I salute you and consider it an honour to serve you,
Adriaan Giessing CFA
